Pipl's Privacies are Public

The advances in technology have put the privacies of countless internet users into question because their personal information can be accessed easily. One of the search engines that can be used to find people for free is called Pipl. This website lets you enter a person’s name, email, username, or phone number to find a variety of their profiles within seconds. Pipl displays other search engines such as Intelius, Spokeo, and PeopleSmart that have information on a person and is a great way to find out where a person has lived and what relationships they might have to others (since that’s not creepy at all). It even has information on my mother and father, even though they rarely use the Internet! Given these invasive resources, the secrecy of identities and information will cease to exist.
