The idea for PNC to create a mobile app for their customers was absolutely brilliant. Nowadays, everyone has a cell phone so it is easy for PNC Bank customers to gain access to such a great service. I myself am a member of this bank and only shortly after downloading the mobile app, I fell in love. Not only do I no longer have to make frequent visits to the bank, but I don’t even have to make any phone calls in order to figure out what my balance may be. With access to the banking app, customers who own smartphones can check their balances, make bill payments, review recent transactions, transfer money between accounts, and locate the nearest branch or ATM. Also, they recently just added a new feature that enables people to deposit a check simply by taking a picture of it!
